Boys Dormitory
(started, but we still need your help to complete)
Earlier this year, Margaret Kenyatta Olkuroto Primary School faced heartbreaking challenges. Students without dormitories slept in the library, divided by plywood walls. Others walked as far as 8 kilometers to school, setting out before dawn and dodging wild animals along the way. Children as young as four knew how to hide in bushes to escape buffalo and elephants, just to survive the journey.
Seeing these dangers, we made it our top priority to build a girls’ dormitory. Today, that building houses 96 girls safely, protecting them from fear and exhaustion. It has been transformative—not just for the students, but for their families and the entire community.
But the boys at this school still face the same daily risks. They walk the same long, perilous roads. They endure the same fear of wild animals. They need a safe haven, too.
With your support, we can complete construction of the boys’ dormitory—giving them the same safety, comfort, and opportunity that the girls now have.
Please help us continue this vital work.
